The Alpha Project gives hard workers the tools they
need to make a dramatic transformation. Our program is for people who have tried doing it on their own, bootcamps and crossfit and have little progress to show for it. Our classes are limited to 6 clients, so our world class coaches can scale your workout correctly, whether you haven’t been to the gym in months or you’re a collegiate athlete. We are the only gym in Dallas, that opens directly onto the Katy Trail. We train train on the track for speed and in the gym for strength.
